Francesco, the host, is incredibly helpful, patient, and friendly. He provides full guidelines for exploring Rome and ensures you have the best time. The room is clean, spacious, and full of amenities. The breakfast spread is fantastic, with a variety of food options and delicious Italian espresso. The location is convenient, with easy access to the supermarket, Metro station, Colosseum, and Termini station. Francesco even allows guests to leave their luggage for their last day.

    Felt very welcome, no complaints.

I never usually write reviews for never seen the value attached to most places. However I do feel compelled to speak about Daysleeper. First off, do not be appalled with the exterior facade of the building. Nestled in the heart of the city, Daysleeper is an absolute gem. Its owner/manager Francesco was/is a great host. I felt as if I was staying over at a close friend or family member's house. Situated close to Manzoni metro, it is few minutes walk away from the Colosseum. The room was magnificent and we enjoyed the jacuzzi in our bathroom. The free minibar was refreshing especially coming back to the hotel after a hot summer day.Furthermore, there was a great restaurant at the corner (Bobo's restaurant) that served Italian cuisine. Francesco showed us where to go and how to go and even helped us with research. A Great host! Also the area is absolutely safe and quiet. It was not as bad as some make it sound. Definitely will be staying here when I head back to Rome.

Would have preferred eggs for breakfast, but that's not a real dislike. Just me being gluttonous.

It was very nice to stay at this b&B. The owners were very friendly and were always available to give some nice tips. The room was very confortable and clean and the breakfast was very pleasing. We would definitely recomend this place to stay. Besides it's near to metro stations and to Termini. Nice place to rest after a long day of visiting.

The host gave great recommendations and tips, even writing them down on a map. The breakfast selection was excellent, stocked daily. The jacuzzi bath was a nice addition. The room was cleaned every morning and had a variety of snacks and drinks available. Convenient location near the metro and supermarket.

The owners were exceptionally helpful in ensuring I knew where I needed to go the next day. Inside their rooms the art deco was modern and room clean and with what I needed...Wifi. The homemade breakfast cake was a nice touch.

Rome never sleeps and I'm not sure if it is because of the traffic at all hours of the day or if roman beds are particularly hard!

The owner was very helpful and inviting, the breakfast past expectations, the room was adorable, the a/c was cold, the bed was cozy, the tub was amazing! The location was close to termini, about a 10 min walk...beware buses run till 11pm and metro till only 9pm. You will have to walk, taxi, or like me stay out late enough for the bus to run again! The owner gives you a map and all the bus numbers that go there :)

As women traveling alone, we felt safe and well taken care of at this B&B. the owner, Francesco, was fantastic and treated us like friends. He provided helpful tips, carried our bags, and even showed us the sights on a map. the room was beautifully decorated, had a large jacuzzi bath, and came with a safe, wardrobe, fridge full of free food and drink, and an espresso machine.

Felt right at home, nothing to complain about.

Francesco & Manuela were fantastic. They filled us in on the local area and the restaurants and gave us a map and made sure we were fully kitted out for our trip! The b&b is beautiful, very comfortable, modern and in a beautiful building which is very conveniently located by the main train station and also very close to 2 more metro stations. They arranged an airport pick up for us also. On top of all of that they make a mean cup of coffee in the morning! What more do you need?

I'd go back in the morning. There's nothing about this hotel I didn't like!

Kindness and assistance of Francesco and Manuela (they are really wonderful and helpful), the confortable rooms with modern design forniture, spotless clean, the position close to Termini railway station. For those coming from Fiumicino airport by train, the exit to via Giolitti is just at the end of the platform, from there, turning left after you exit the station, it's 10 minutes walk to the b&b (remember to take with you the exact address because you will not see any obvious sign of the b&b from the street). Although via Giolitti is not the most beautiful area in Rome, it is safe even at night. Anyway for travelling around Rome during your stay, the Manzoni metro station is closer than Termini metro station and is in a much nicer area. The Daysleeper is within walking distance to the Colosseum and other touristic areas in Rome. Close to the b&b there are several good restaurants, useful in particular if you're arriving late in the evening. The continental breakfast is excellent with homemade cakes.

Although the rooms have double glazing, some traffic noise filters inside the room.

The rooms at Daysleeper B&B in Rome were cozy and felt like a home away from home. The air-conditioning kept us cool during the hot summer days, and the flat-screen TV provided entertainment when we just wanted to relax. Plus, having a private bathroom with a shower was a big plus for us.

Although the rooms were great, we personally didn't enjoy the bathtubs or showers. But hey, that's just our preference!

The owners of b&b were excellent hosts. They gave us a lot of information about rome. They change us the room in the second day as promised to the jakuzzi whick was fantastic. It is a 5 min walk to vittorio emanuelle station. Free mini bar.

The district is not so good but nothing happened to us. Also breakfast could have been better with a greater variety. You just cannot watch tv because it alwaysstuck in channels. Lastly but very important drawback it had a lot of noise not only in morning but also in night.

The hospitality was great! Manuela and Francesco were great. It was the best to wake up in the morning and talk with Francesco during breakfast. The breakfast was a good continental breakfast with everything needed. Francesco gave us a lot of good tips. And he makes the best cappuccino. He even tried to make a reservation to one of the best pizzerias in Rome. The room was very clean, very comfortable. It had wi fi, ac and the minibar was included, that was a nice touch. We had all the keys so it felt that we were at our own home. The place was not the best looking place but I felt always safe even at night. They also have an airport service from the airport to the hotel and the other way around for a good price.

There only were 2 thing I did not like. The noise from the street, even with double glass windows closed we still had a little of noise. And the distance to the subway, it was not too far, but not close either.

The accommodations at this B&B were great, with a fridge and a safe for valuables. The location was key, with easy access to the main train station and the Colosseum. All city sites were within walking distance. The proprietor was very welcoming and provided a map of the city, identifying places to visit. The breakfast provided daily was a supply of various snack-like foods, perfect for taking along on day-long excursions.

The surrounding area of the B&B had graffiti on the street walls, which made it look a bit seedy. the cleaning staff sometimes took it upon themselves to tidy personal belongings, which felt unnecessary and intrusive.

I liked the room the best. It was way above my expectation. It was a double room for single occupancy and the furnishing and ambience of the room was excellent and it was very cozy. Bathroom and shower were very good and there was also a mini bar included in my room price with cold drinks, beer cans, juice boxes and mineral water. The staff: Francesco and Manuella were extremely helpful and their suggestions made my Rome trip a lot better. Only 1 km from termini station was a good plus point as well. Good breakfast also. Basically, I would definitely recommend this hotel for staying.

I figured out that the location was not as great as I had anticipated. The owner: Francesco told me to not come via termini metro station at night but take another path. But the good thing was that he was very frank and gave me the right suggestions and took the effort of explaining this to me multiple times as well. So, I would not say this is something I dislike about the hotel, but am unsure about the location. I came back to my room around midnight and I must say that even at that hour, I did not find it unsafe.

Franceso and Manuela created a very cozy and nice place in the town. 15 min walking distance from Coloseo. 10 min from San Giovanni in Laterano. They offer a private taxi door-to-door service from the airport - no sens using public facilities. What is unique - Francesco& Manuela give you lots of infos what to do and what to avoid in Rome. The place could be a nice surprise for R.E.m fans:). Free mini bar (daily restocked) - excellent idea. Having morning breakfast you can have a nice chat with the owners:). At the groundfloor very good and always crowded Bobo's ristorante- pizzeria and a typical, local italian bar. Great ambiance. A must stay place in Rome. Overcame our high expectation (especially room with jacuzzi). Much better then a 5* hotel.
